How is Jewellery Packed?
Your ordered jewellery is packed in an attractive manner in a jewellery box and delivered in a weatherproof package.
Delivery charges:
We offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 500.For all orders below Rs 500, an additional Rs.50 shall be charged towards shipping.
Estimated delivery time:
If the product that you have ordered is in stock, then it will take 5-7 working days for product delivery. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the product page itself.
Does Kalson Jewellers deliver internationally?
Yes, Kalson Jewellers delivers products internationally as well.
Are there any extra hidden charges [octroi, sales tax]?
Absolutely not; all prices include Goods and Serives Tax (GST). The price that you see on our website is the final price that you have to pay. We offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 500.For all orders below Rs 500, an additional Rs.50 shall be charged towards shipping.
How to track an order status?
Our products are delivered through reputed courier partners like Kartrocket, FedEx, Aramex ,DTDC, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Firstflight. We send a confirmation message to our customer within 24hours of product being dispatched. The confirmation message contains the courier tracking number & tracking link.
Security of jewellery during transit:

Promotions Policy:
For new and unique visitors we give registration benefit which would help register user to get discount on ordered amount.
When visitor register & create account he\/she will get Rs.100 Off as wallet amount for first purchase. Also they will get 10% of previous order amount credited to their wallet account. That 10% amount will be eligible to redeem only after completion of order.
